앱에서 삭제 (가장 빠름)

1. 내맛 앱을 열고 설정 → 계정으로 이동합니다.
2. 계정 삭제를 누르고 안내에 따라 확인합니다.

앱 없이 삭제 요청

앱을 삭제했거나 사용할 수 없다면 계정에 등록한 이메일 주소에서 …로 "계정 삭제 요청" 메일을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 10일 이내에 삭제하고 결과를 알려드립니다.

삭제되는 정보

• 즉시 삭제: 이메일 주소, 로그인 세션, 백업된 장소·방문·메뉴·메모·평가·가격·모음, 백업된 사진
• 30일 이내 삭제: 암호화된 서버 백업에 남은 사본
• 보관: 식별 정보 없이 삭제 시각만 기록합니다. 해시 처리된 로그인 횟수 제한 기록은 1시간 이내에 만료됩니다.
• 기기에만 저장된 기록은 앱에서 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남습니다.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open My Places and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email … from the address registered to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership and delete within 10 days, then confirm.

What is deleted

• Immediately: your email address, sessions, backed-up places, visits, items, notes, verdicts, prices, collections and photos
• Within 30 days: copies in encrypted server backups
• Kept: only an anonymous timestamp recording that a deletion happened. Hashed sign-in rate-limit records expire within 1 hour.
• Diary data stored only on your device stays there until you remove it in the app or uninstall the app.
